He then mentioned murder accusations against President Rodrigo Duterte.
Pwede ba, umayos kayo!” he added.
In a radio interview last Sunday, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar was asked to comment if Trillanes should be charged with treason.
Andanar said that it is up to the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate such “legal matters.”
Trillanes had already confirmed that he met with senior US Government officials, including Senator Marco Rubio and discussed on how to “enhance RP-US relations, corruption, and the human rights situation in the country.”
It was Rubio who wrote a letter to US State Department expressing concern over alleged Extra Judicial Killings (EJK) under President Rodrigo Duterte’s administration.
