Gretchen Barreto reveals root of anger towards Kris: 'You know what you do...you will reap...'

May panibagong issue na namang kahaharapin si Kris Aquino matapos ang pasabog ni Gretchen Barreto na may kinalaman sa tax problems ng isang kilalang business woman na si Alice Eduardo, 53. 

Ayon sa Wikipedia, si Eduardo ay ang "founder, president, and chief executive officer of Sta. Elena Construction and Development Corporation."

Sa kanyang IG Live noong Biyernes ng gabi, January 18, ipinaliwanag ni Gretchen ang pinanggagalingan ng kanyang galit kay Kris.

Ayon kay Gretchen, palihim umanong tinulungan noon ni Kris si Alice na common friend nila na pababain ang babayaran nito sa tax.

Nagkaroon umano noon ng problema sa tax itong si Alice at sobrang laki ng kailangan niyang bayaran. 

Lahad ni Gretchen, "Sinasabi niya, Alice Eduardo... okay, I hate to do this because Alice Eduardo means a lot to me also.


"Si Alice Eduardo po, many years ago, a few years ago, had trouble with her tax.


"I don’t want to say it, but I will say it anyway, because that’s me—ako po 'yan.

"Nagkaproblema po si Alice Eduardo sa tax niya po dito sa Pilipinas.

"She was being charged lots of millions or billions of pesos po, at tinulungan po ni Kris Aquino.



"If I’m not mistaken po, para mapababa ang kanyang ibabayad kay Kim Henares o sa gobyerno po natin.

"Yun po ang nangyari."

Si Kim Henares kung matatandaan ay nanungkulan bilang Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) commissioner noong administrasyon ni dating Pangulong Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III.

Patuloy ni Gretchen, "So, I’d like to tell the truth, ako naman honest. Sila po ang pinag-uusapan natin.


"Ang sa akin kasi, I didn’t want to tell the truth, ginaganoon-ganoon ko lang, kasi there’s always a reason kung bakit tayo sumasawsaw.


"Ayokong magsawsaw, pero meron tayong pinanggagalingan.

"Whether you bash me or not, I really don’t care, but at this point, I will really tell the truth."

Direkta ring sinabihan ni Gretchen si Kris na, "Kris, kung talagang mahal mo ang Pilipino at ang buong Pilipinas, sana pinrotektahan mo ang mamamayang Pilipino because, at that time your brother Abnoy was in power, he was the President of the Philippines.

"E, di ba dapat kung kailangan magbayad si Alice Eduardo ng kanyang tax, na tayong mga Filipino people ang talagang—how do you say it in Tagalog?—we will reap the benefits.


"Pero alam mo, tinulungan kasi ni Kris Aquino at that time si Alice Eduardo sa kanyang tax, na bumaba ang ibinayad ni Alice Eduardo sa tax niya.

"Alam namin yun dahil ipinagkakalat din ni Alice Eduardo at ng kanyang mga kapatid na tinulungan ni Kris Aquino."

Akusa ni Gretchen, ang kapalit daw ng pagtulong ni Kris kay Alice ay "pinagsa-shopping lang."

Mayroon daw gay friend si Alice from L.A." na nagsa-shopping sa Amerika para sa mga regalong ipapadala kay Kris."


"Parang, he would buy things from the States and send it to Kris Aquino.

"Of course, I felt so bad because, you know, for whatever, yung mga pinagsa-shopping lang. Yun lang? Parang, 'Ha?!'

Dagdag ni Gretchen, isa lamang daw iyan sa mga dahilan ng kanyang galit kay Kris.

"No, I'm not gonna stop. May mga nagsasabing stop, I'm not gonna stop.

"I am a Filipino. We all pay taxes, we all work very hard.

"So, my point is, pinrotektahan ni Kris Aquino [si Alice] when she said, 'Hello, Ate Alice.'

"Whatever, Girl, you love her so much, in exchange of bags and clothes and shoes—and that’s so not fair."

Sa huling bahagi ng kanyang IG Live, mensahe ni Gretchen, 

"I hate to loathe [you when] you're suffering right now, because we don’t like that. We don’t like that.

"We don’t loathe [somebody] when somebody is suffering because that is karma.

"But, right now, that is what's happening.

"You know what you do, what you did out in this universe, you will reap...
