Ramon Ang has high praises for Duterte: Very honest, smart, may vision, at bayag!

Filipino-Chinese businessman Ramon Ang has nothing but high praises for President Rodrigo Duterte, saying that he has never met someone like the Chief Executive in his entire life.

In an interview with DWIZ’s Karambola, the San Miguel vice chairman said the President is very honest.


“Eto si President Duterte, sa tanan ng buhay ko, ngayon lang ako nakakita ng Presidente na very honest. A few times ko siya makausap noong pinapaliwanag ko ‘yung infrastructure project (namin), sabi niya sa akin, ‘Tuloy mo lang, apply ka lang dahil yan ay makakabuti sa bayan’,” Ang said

Ang also shared that the president even cheered him not to give up because roadblocks will always be there.

“Wag kang madisappoint pag natatagalan, ganyan talaga ang gobyerno. Talagang may nagpapahirap. Ipaglaban mo yan at para sa bayan ‘yan’. Ngayon lang ako nakarinig ng ganung klaseng Presidente,” he said


Ang pointed out that Duterte has vision and courage to fight.

“Talagang siya ay may vision at may tapang at bayag. Sinusumpa ko sainyo yan, hindi ko kayo binobola. Alam mo, maraming tao na atras, abante. Eto lamang po ang taong nakita ko na very street smart, super smart,” he said

Aside from being the largest sharehoder of San Miguel Corporation, Ang is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Top Frontier Investment Holdings, Inc.

He also chairs Cyber Bay Corporation and the Eagle Cement Corporation.
